The exhibition catalog Through The Collector's Eye -- Oriental Rugs From New England Private Collections, (128 pages, hardbound, 50 color plates, 57 b&w illustrations), was published in 1991 by the Museum of Art, Rhode Island School of Design, Providence, RI, to document an exhibition presented there from November 22, 1991 to February 9, 1992. The exhibition then moved to The Textile Museum, Washington, DC and was on display from March 20 to May 3 of the same year. The catalog, which was sponsored by the New Boston Rug Society (now the New England Rug Society) and the long defunct Oriental Rug and Textile Society of New England, is now out of print.
