While the
design motifs in this little bagface are very common, the rendering
of them in an array of 12 different colors is another matter. Two
of those shades – a pale green and a pale aubergine – appear only in
the main border. Although a coarse weaving in terms of knot count,
this little piece is a gem among its peers.
