Exhibit Addendum

This section was added after the initial exhibit "opened".  It provides an opportunity to showcase some exhibit-related pieces belonging to NERS members; pieces that were not originally submitted in time for inclusion in the exhibit proper.  We hope you enjoy viewing these pieces in addition to those included in the main exhibit.

Addendum pieces #1, #2 and #3 are, in fact, not rugs at all.  Rather, they are paintings of rugs.  NERS member Tom Stocker has supplied images of 3 oil paintings that were completed in 2001. Information regarding Tom and his painting can be found in the article "The Painted Carpet: Artist Tom Stocker Talks with Mark Hopkins".

Note: As with the main exhibit images, each image on the addendum page can be clicked to view a much larger image, presented in a new browser window.  Like the main exhibit, the large images can be as much as 400kb in size, so viewers with relatively slow Internet connections will require some patience when viewing the large images.
